1. Who We Are

BnK Consulting (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a strategy and delivery consulting partner based in Ireland. We provide AI-enhanced consulting services to startups, SME’s, enterprise, and public sector organisations.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following personal data when you use our website:

  • Contact form: name, email address, and message content when you submit the contact form.
  • Waitlist form: name, email address, and service interest when you join a waitlist.
  • POV tool usage: we log only the service ID and timestamp — we do not store the text you enter into the Proof of Value tool.
  • Calendar bookings: name, email address, and meeting details collected by Cal.com when you book a discovery call.
  • Server logs: IP addresses and request metadata collected automatically by AWS CloudFront and S3 for security and performance monitoring.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To respond to enquiries submitted via the contact form.
  • To notify you when a waitlisted service becomes available.
  • To arrange and manage discovery call bookings.
  • To monitor and improve the security and performance of this website.

We do not use your data for automated profiling, targeted advertising, or any purpose other than those stated above.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

We process your personal data under the following lawful bases:

  • Legitimate interest — for contact and enquiry responses, and website security monitoring.
  • Contract performance — for booking and delivering consulting services.
  • Consent — for waitlist sign-ups and any optional communications you opt into.

5. Data Storage and Retention

Contact and waitlist submissions are stored in AWS DynamoDB (eu-west-1, Ireland). Server logs are retained for 90 days in AWS S3. File uploads made via the POV tool are automatically deleted after 24 hours.

We retain contact and enquiry data for up to 2 years or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.

6. Third Parties

We use the following third-party services to operate this website:

  • AWS (Amazon Web Services) — hosting, storage, and database. Data processed in eu-west-1 (Ireland).
  • Anthropic — AI model provider for the Proof of Value tool. Your typed input is sent to Anthropic for processing but is not stored by us.
  • Cal.com — calendar and booking management. Governed by Cal.com's own privacy policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

7. Cookies

This website uses only essential cookies required for it to function. We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. No cookie consent is required for essential cookies under GDPR.

8. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectify inaccurate data.
  • Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Restrict processing of your data.
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email connect@bnkconsulting.eu. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Complaints

If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (Ireland): dataprotection.ie.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of this website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
